The 汉森领导力计划, named after Zenon C.R. 汉森 and founded in 1994, has encouraged our Tigers to grow into leaders beyond the classroom. Students in the 汉森领导力计划 develop their leadership skills by mentoring younger students, 促进领导力研讨会, 策划校园活动, 为社区服务.

Community service is a regular part of the Doane student experience. Students who serve develop relationships and address needs within the surrounding community, and have opportunities to travel the country while serving new communities.
A name synonymous with Doane and leadership, 汉森 is Zenon C.R. 汉森(1909 - 1990). A lifelong learner and supporter of higher education, his Foundation has funded scholarships and leadership-based endeavors at Doane.
